Tokenised versions of conventional financial assets will be added to Bitget, a cryptocurrency exchange, as part of a significant platform expansion. Tokenised stocks, ETFs, and commodities can now be traded by users thanks to a collaboration with Ondo Finance.
As a result, traders can purchase digital tokens that stand in for well-known equities like Tesla, Apple, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Amazon, and Alphabet. These assets will be settled using the stablecoin USDT and traded on the same platform as cryptocurrencies.
Tokenised index funds, such as the Invesco QQQ Trust and SPDR S&P 500 ETF, are also listed on Bitget. Additionally, tokenised products associated with reputable investment institutions are introducing commodities like gold and silver.
One major advantage of tokenised assets is that they can be traded 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Traditional stock markets only operate during specific hours, but blockchain-based markets never close.
The expansion builds on Bitget’s earlier partnership with Ondo Finance. Since 2025, the collaboration has already introduced more than 100 tokenised assets.
With over 125 million users worldwide, Bitget says it wants to create a unified trading platform where people can access both crypto assets and traditional financial instruments in one place.
