Binance To Delist IOTA, ANKR, Others
As of September 1st, the well-known cryptocurrency exchange Binance will delist some trading pairings like IOTA/BNB and ANKR/BNB.
Binance urged users to take action on the delisting of various crypto assets that would begin on September 1 in one of its blog posts.
In essence, starting tomorrow, Binance will stop supporting and offering trading in ANKR/BNB, CVC/BNB, EPX/BNB, HIVE/BNB, IOTA/BNB, KLAY/BNB, LRC/BNB, MBL/BUSD, MTL/ETH, and UMA/BNB.
Consequently, these are pairs where BUSD or BNB are present. The removal of Binance USD (BUSD) might be the result of the cryptocurrency exchange’s ongoing refusal to endorse Paxos’ stablecoin.
Binance advises users to update or delete their Spot Trading Bots before the bots’ termination to avoid potential losses. The crypto-exchange also allows users to trade on other available pairs. The announcement was made yesterday, and it’s unclear if the news has affected the price of cryptos like IOTA and ANKR, which will be removed with BNB pairs.
