By Vishakha Thakur

Apple’s most anticipated premium vision pro headset, a portal into experiences beyond the ordinary, is coming this year. Yes, Apple will jump right into the territory of Meta, Microsoft

and Google with its long-expected mixed-reality headset. Well, the premium headset is expected to cost around $3,500. Interestingly, Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, has been bullish on augmented reality for a long time, and Apple released its much-anticipated premium Mixed Reality Headset at WWDC 2023 in California.

As we embark on this journey into the future of technology, let’s delve into the revolutionary aspects of the Apple Vision Pro, poised to reshape the way we perceive and engage with

reality. The Apple Vision Pro has been in development for almost a decade, and it marks the company’s first entrance into a new product category since the 2015 Apple Watch. The Apple

Vision Pro will go on sale in early 2024 for $3,499 USD. The initial launch will be in the United States, with subsequent availability in other nations.

But what makes Apple Vision Pro an object of fascination and innovation?

To understand this better, let’s have a look at some of the remarkable functionalities of Vision Pro.

One of the first things that stands out about Apple Vision Pro is the lack of controllers. It is a device that can be operated with your voice, eyes, and hands.

Well, it offers immersive entertainment too. Apple describes this feature as having your own personal cinema. You can have an adjustable virtual screen wherever you are to view different content.

Not only that, but Apple Vision Pro can also record videos and take spatial photos thanks to its 12 cameras and six microphones. This enables memories to be captured and relived in three dimensions later.

Interestingly, facetime meetings will have their own augmented reality version, which will allow the use of avatars. The user can hold a meeting while watching the call participants in different windows.
