Amazon India To Buy Land From Lodha For New Generative AI Data Centre.
Sources report that Amazon India is acquiring 40-45 acres of land in Palava, near Mumbai, from Macrotech Developers for ₹500-600 crore to establish a data center for Amazon Web Services’ generative AI applications.
This agreement should be finalized in the next months. After buying the site, the real estate business will develop the e-commerce giant’s data center. Amazon said last year that it will spend $12.7 billion in Indian data center infrastructure by the end of the decade.
BTC Miner CleanSpark Expands Operations In Mississippi.
Despite a drop in BTC mining profitability, public BTC block reward miner CleanSpark acquired two Mississippi mining sites. The miner revealed it bought the Clinton, Mississippi, property for $5.8 million.
Before year’s end, the business expects to finish the two. After completion, Bitmain’s S21 pro miners with 1 exahashes per second will operate on the sites.

Celsius Token Surges 300% A Month After $2.5 bn Payment To Creditors.
After initiating a $2.5 billion payback arrangement for over 250,000 debtors, Celsius Network’s native token rose over 300% a month.
A court statement on Aug. 26 indicated the insolvent digital asset lender compensated 251,000 creditors $2.53 billion. Celsius (CEL) traded at $0.16 on CoinMarketCap. On Sept. 23, the token reached $0.65, up 300% from Aug. 26.
