Adani Enterprises Partners With AI, Blockchain In India
Adani Enterprises Limited has formed a joint venture with Sirius International Holding to explore artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain technology. Sirius and Adani own a 51% stake in the joint venture, Sirius Digitech International Limited. The venture aims to leverage AI, IoT, and secured blockchain products across various industries, targeting the Indian economy’s growing digitalisation opportunity.
The partnership combines Sirius’s digital transformation expertise with Adani’s strategic insights. The JV will deploy AI and blockchain products and services for industrial applications, using Adani Group’s industrial testbed for validation and scaling. Adani Energy Solutions has also formed a joint venture with an IHC-backed company to expand its smart meter business in India and globally. Adani Transmission Step-Four Limited acquired a 49% stake in Esyasoft Holdings Ltd.’s smart metering solutions arm, renaming it Adani Esyasoft Smart Solutions Limited.
The renamed entity will bid for and execute orders in India and internationally, offering solutions in renewable energy, energy efficiency, EV charging, analytics, and AI tools.
