Zoom AI Companion Reaches 1 mn Meeting Summaries
Zoom AI Companion has reached the one million meeting summary milestone, with over 125,000 accounts using the service in less than two months.
Zoom has introduced new capabilities, additional language support, and improvements to existing capabilities, such as meeting coaching and in-meeting questions.
Chief Product Officer Smita Hashim stated that Zoom’s mission is to provide the best value to customers across its platform, and the company continues to introduce new AI capabilities at Zoom speed.
Two new features have been added to Zoom AI Companion: users can now use in-meeting questions in seven new languages and meeting summaries now include an overview at the top of emailed summaries.
Zoom AI Companion will be updated with several new features in November, including meeting summary overviews becoming available in summaries delivered through continuous meeting chat.
