Windows 11 Update Adds Copilot Integration
Microsoft has updated Windows 11 to include support for Copilot, an AI-powered assistant, layers and graphics generation in the MS Paint app, AI-based features in the built-in Snipping Tool for screenshots, and Windows Backup for easy information transfer between computers when switching to a new Windows 11 PC. The update also includes support for layers and graphics generation.
Microsoft has announced the launch of the Copilot feature in Windows 11, bringing the revamped Bing Chat to the platform. Copilot will enable users to perform tasks like taking screenshots, toggling Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and generating web page summaries. It will also use generative AI responses to provide text and image responses based on queries. Users can activate Copilot by pressing the Windows key and C or clicking on the Copilot icon on the Windows 11 taskbar. Microsoft is also updating its MS Paint app, allowing users to work with multiple layers and remove background using the built-in image editing tool.
