Transak Secures Money Transmitter License in Alabama.

Transak USA LLC, a major web3 payments infrastructure provider, earned its first Alabama Securities Commission Money Transmitter License (MTL).

This result shows the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance as they extend bitcoin services nationwide.

The MTL improves security, transaction processing, and cryptocurrency support, boosting Transak’s credibility.

The IMF has again encouraged El Salvador to modify its Bitcoin policy and tighten its regulatory environment.

An October 3 news conference by IMF officials raised worries about Bitcoin’s legal currency status in the nation and recommended stronger control and public sector exposure limits.

Although certain projected concerns have not yet materialized, the IMF remains wary about Bitcoin’s financial system integration.

Bitcoin miners are turning to AI for profit as block payouts decrease.

Highrise AI, a subsidiary of Hut 8, a prominent U.S. miner, offers GPU-as-a-Service employing 1,000 Nvidia H100 GPUs to power HPE Cray supercomputers.

Other mining businesses like Core Scientific and Bitdeer have also switched to AI services to capitalize on GPU demand.
