TCS To Invest In AI Capabilities:N Chandrasekaran
Global revolutions in energy, supply chains, and artificial intelligence will necessitate large investments in technology and innovation while providing enormous growth prospects for IT firms, according to Tata Consultancy Services chairman N Chandrasekaran.
AI transition has become a primary emphasis as a result of advancements, and the influence of AI and machine learning “will be very profound,” he wrote in a letter to shareholders.
TCS, according to Chandrasekaran, is heavily investing in developing AI capabilities, which include AI-powered products and platforms. TCS believes that technologies such as 5G, IoT, generative AI, and virtual reality/metaverse are gaining traction and will draw investments in the short to medium term.
Predictive analytics is the analysis of data to estimate future occurrences or trends. Generative AI interfaces, such as ChatGPT, can be used to generate new content.
The TCS chairman stated that the geopolitical scenario is changing global supply networks, and corporations are rebalancing them for resilience and efficiency.
