Superops.Ai Secures $12.4m In Series B Funding
SuperOps.ai, a SaaS platform for IT administration powered by AI, has secured $12.4 million in Series B funding. Addition and March Capital took the lead in the round, and Matrix Partners India also took part. With the most recent fundraising, the business has received a total of $29.4 million in investment.
SuperOps.ai, a unified PSA-RMM platform founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, seeks to streamline the IT management process and workflow of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
By fusing the abilities of remote monitoring and control of client assets with professional services automation characteristics, it helps them to get away from fragmented tools. This covers client management, cash flow management, reporting, and service desk.
