Spot Bitcoin ETFs Outshine Gold ETFs; Attracts Over $5bn In May
Pichle episode mein humne dekha ki Spot Bitcoin ETFs ne $2.7bn+ ke inflows attract kiye aur Bitcoin ne apna $111K ka all-time high touch kiya. Lekin recent U.S. tariff concerns ke chalte, pichle hafte Spot Bitcoin ETFs mein 144.8 mn ke outflows dekhne ko mile. Ab agar poore May mahine ki baat karein, toh U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs ne lagbhag $5.1bn ke solid inflows attract kiye. Sirf BlackRock ke IBIT mein hi over $5.8bn ke inflows aaye..waise bhi blackrock hamesha he inflows mein lead karta aaya hai.
Interestingly, Bloomberg ke data ke mutabik, last 5 weeks mein Spot Bitcoin ETFs ne $9bn+ inflows capture kiye, jabki isi dauraan, Gold ETFs mein $2.8bn ke outflows dekhne ko mile. Udhar, Ethereum ETFs ne May mahine mein over $564mn ke inflows attract kiye, jisme se over $420mn sirf BlackRock ke ETHA ETF mein aaye.

So overall, Spot Bitcoin ETFs ne last week total $144.8mn ke outflows witness kiye. 29th May ko, lagatar inflows ke baad, $346.8mn ke outflows ne market sentiment ko jhatka de diya. Aur phir 30th of May ko over $600mn ke outflows hue.
Agar hum Ethereum ETFs ki baat karein toh, yahan bhi week mein $285.8mn ke inflows record hue aur yahan bhi BlackRock aur Fidelity ne he inflows mein lead kiya.

Proof-of-Stake blockchains par jo staking hoti hai, wo securities ke scope mein nahi aati.
SEC ka aisa official statement unn crypto staking providers ke liye ek bada relief sabit hoga jinko SEC mein Gary Gensler ke rahte kafi regulatory hurdles ko face karna pada tha.

U.S SEC ne Grayscale ke proposed Avalanche aur Cardano spot ETFs par apne decision ko 15 July 2025 tak delay kar diya hai. Aise hi Solana, XRP aur staking-based ETFs ki filings bhi delay ho chuki hain. Zahir hain, SEC ki nayi leadership Bitcoin aur Ethereum ke alava, altcoins ke ETFs ko lekar ek measured approach akhtiyar kar rahi hai.
Toh overall…Delay hone ke baad bhi ETF filings jaari hai aur Spot Bitcoin aur Ethereum ETFs mei inflows bhi dekhne ko mil rahe hain. Aur ab jald hi U.S SEC Crypto ETFs ko lekar ek framework bhi ready karne wali hai.
