Singapore Court Grants WazirX Four-Month Conditional Moratorium.

On Thursday, a Singapore court granted Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX a four-month suspension under certain conditions.

WazirX must divulge its Wallet addresses in a court document, react to users’ questions, release its book of accounts within six weeks, and provide independent voting on the way forward.

That July hacker is almost completed laundering the stolen monies using Tornado Cash to hide the transactions.

U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs Record Net Inflows Worth $105.84 mn, Marking A Three-Day Inflow Streak.

U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs had $105.84 million in net inflows on September 25th, a three-day run. BlackRock’s IBIT and Bitwise’s BITB saw $184 million and $2.07 million positive flows.

However, Ark & 21 Shares’ ARKB and Fidelity’s FBTC saw net outflows of $47.4 million and $33.2 million, respectively.

ETFs received $136 million on September 24 and $4.5 million on September 23. On the same day, Sosovalue reported $17.94 billion in cumulative net inflow.

Visa has created an Ethereum-based solution to allow banks issue fiat-backed tokens.

Visa Tokenized Asset Platform (VTAP) will allow smart contract-powered fiat-backed tokens to digitize and automate procedures for real-world asset exchange.

Visa’s new technology lets banks buy tokenized RWAs like commodities or bonds with near-real-time settlement.

PayPal Enables Business Accounts To Buy, Sell, And Trade Crypto.

Payment giant PayPal said on Sept. 25 that PayPal Business accounts may purchase, sell, and exchange bitcoin. Merchants in all US states except New York will have the new capabilities.

Merchants may withdraw digital assets to external wallets or colder storage for increased protection.
