Samsung AI Systems Certified As Pro Humanity
Samsung’s Home Appliance Division received the international “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Management System” certificate for ethical AI-related practises for the first time in South Korea.
The ISO/IEC 42001 accreditation, which is relevant to businesses that care about responsibly responding to and managing AI-related risks and ethics when they develop and offer AI-based services and products, was announced this week by Samsung for its Home Appliance Division.
In addition to various other SmartThings-based home appliances and services, Samsung also incorporates AI technologies into its robot vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. All of these goods and services have previously earned the AI+ and/or AI Reliability certifications.
