Over $600 Mn Supply Set To Enter Crypto Market
In January 2024, over $600 million worth of liquidity will enter the market through token unlocks, with Aptos (APT), Injective (INJ), and Optimism (OP) being the top three projects with the highest unlocks.
Crypto projects are preparing to conduct massive token unlocks as the holiday season ends, which will increase the supply of locked tokens and potentially impact the price. Aptos has scheduled the unlock of 24.84 million APT tokens, which make up 8.08% of the circulating supply.
Injective will unlock 3.67 million INJ tokens worth $136.73 million on January 21, while Optimism will release 2.65% of the circulating supply at the end of January. Around 28 projects will conduct token unlocks this month.
