Meta To Launch AI Chatbots Played By Snoop Dogg
Artificial intelligence chatbots that take on the personas of famous people like Snoop Dogg, Kendall Jenner, and Naomi Osaka will be released by Meta.
At the firm’s annual Connect conference, where he also discussed new AI technologies at Facebook’s parent business, Mark Zuckerberg made the revelation.
Meta is set to launch over 28 AI chatbots in beta, featuring unique interests and personalized advice. Some of these bots will be played by celebrities, such as Snoop Dogg as “Dungeon Master” for adventure games, former basketball player Dwyane Wade as “Victor” for workouts, anime-obsessed Tamika as Osaka, and Jenner as “Billie” as a ride-or-die companion. Other bots have been trained to answer queries on topics like writing speeches and cooking, such as sous chef “Max” helping users create recipes. Meta’s aim is to appeal to younger audiences and encourage interaction with the AIs.
