Ledger Launches Institutional Crypto Trading
Ledger, a Paris-based cryptocurrency custody firm, announced the launch of Ledger Enterprise Tradelink on Wednesday, describing it as a secure and regulatory-friendly trading system for institutional investors.
According to the press release, Ledger’s new platform aims to reduce third-party risk for users by allowing enterprise-level investors to create a customised interconnected network of custodians and exchanges.
To improve security and transparency, the company also stated that it would enable real-time tracking of collateral balances and operational status for all participants.
Ledger’s new platform has 20 exchanges and custodians on board, including Crypto.com, Laser Digital, Huobi, and Uphold.
