Institutional Interest In Bitcoin Grows
Bitcoin’s price has recovered after falling below $42,000, rising 2.4% in the past 24 hours, surpassing $44,000. This surge is attributed to increased institutional demand for Bitcoin in the US, as the widening gap between BTC prices on Coinbase and Binance suggests Americans are on a Bitcoin buying spree.
The SEC’s Jan 10 deadline for spot Bitcoin ETFs is approaching. Grayscale and VanEck have filed Form 8-A with the federal regulator, while the Australian consumer watchdog faces criticism for failing to warn the public about the HyperVerse crypto scheme.
