CoinDCX Exchange Expands Self-Custody Wallet
Indian cryptocurrency exchange CoinDCX has expanded its self-custody wallet, Okto, by integrating Transak, a major on-ramp platform. The integration will increase the wallet’s global support from 60 countries to 155 jurisdictions. Okto now allows users to buy cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin directly on the platform using various fiat currencies, including the U.S. dollar, euro, and Hong Kong dollar. The integration is available immediately on Okto and is immediately available on the platform.
Okto, a cryptocurrency wallet, has announced support for Transak, allowing users to store over 1,000 tokens across multiple chains. The wallet can hold up to 3,000 tokens. The rollout of the on-ramp solution began in April 2023, with some Indian users reporting issues with Transak as early as August 2023. The official rollout to all customers occurred in mid-September.
