Byju’s Launches Transformer Models In AI Push
On Wednesday, Byju’s introduced three transformer models aimed at improving the quality of its services and streamlining the learning and personalising experience for its students, as the edtech behemoth bets big on AI to revolutionise many facets of its business.
Badri, a predictive AI algorithm, is designed to detect when learners begin to struggle with specific ideas. This technique offers proactive recommendations to overcome any identified knowledge gaps, hence promoting continuous learning.
MathGPT is another specialised model that can solve any math issue while helping students through the process with simple analogies and visual assistance. The third model, TeacherGPT, acts as an AI-powered assistant, giving learners customised help and scoring their responses.
Byju’s AI model demonstrates advanced contextualization capabilities by incorporating students’ interests to make learning more entertaining. For example, if a student is interested in cricket, the AI model can modify its teaching method to utilise cricket analogies to explain complex ideas.
