Bitcoin ETF Record Biggest Weekly Outflows Of $328 mn
Bitcoin Spot ETFs in the U.S. experienced a massive weekly net outflow of $328 million, which preceded a Bitcoin price crash. The week began with robust activity, with total net inflows of $62.02
million across various Spot BTC ETFs.
Grayscale’s GBTC suffered a single-day net outflow of $34.993 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC recorded a significant single-day net inflow of $34.83 million. BlackRock’s IBIT Bitcoin ETF recorded an inflow of $19.4 million, boosting its inflow streak to 70 days after launch.
On April 23, Farside UK data revealed net Bitcoin ETF inflows of $31.6 million, with BlackRock’s IBIT and Ark 21Shares’ ARKB leading the surge.
On April 25, outflows intensified, reaching $217 million across all 10 Spot Bitcoin ETFs. On April 26, outflows persisted, totaling $83.6 million, with Grayscale’s GBTC experiencing a slowed outflow compared to previous days.
