ApeCoin, BAYC NFTs Fall Ahead Of Yuga Launch Date
During crypto winter, altcoins on Ethereum face challenges as the SEC prepares to prove jurisdiction over alternative cryptocurrencies. Memecoins like Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, Arbitrum, and Polygon have been hit hard, with ApeCoinDAO and native ApeCoin experiencing a 42% drop in the last 30 days. APE, previously supported by Ethereum whales, hit a new all-time low of $1.13 on 11 September 2023.
Yuga Labs has announced the launch of The Rift on HV-MTL Forge: The Hunt, starting on September 14, 2023. The game invites the Bored Ape community to forge HV-MTL machines to fight in duels and win prizes. The Rift’s characters can explore the 4th season of the game with their Mechs and collect resources in various biomes. The Hunt will focus on preparing to meet the Final Boss. To progress to the next phase of the game, players must build their HV-Homes to see the ‘Rift’ on their board. Blockchain players will use the dedicated HV-MTL NFT collection for forging combinations.
