Agent Coaching Platform Zenarate Raises $15 mn
Brian Tuite faced the challenge of training new agents, leading to the creation of “simulation training” for customer service agents. He and Rab Govil turned the idea into Zenarate.
Zenarate is an AI simulation training platform for customer and prospect-facing agents, providing immersive conversation, screen, and chat simulations to master high-impact topics. The platform uses an AI coach to provide feedback on tone and soft skills, allowing agents to scorecards indicating their mastery of specific areas.
The AI coach can present random call scenarios or assign specific scenarios to agents and teams, requiring agents to think on their feet. Zenarate’s AWS-hosted platform allows agents to master high-impact topics with live customers and prospects.
